What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide configuration and end-user support for the Scheduling system as an expert user
  2. Manage a queue of support tickets and collaborate with personnel and vendors to resolve issues
  3. Develop and deliver training materials for end users, ensuring effective system utilization
  4. Address operational questions related to scheduling inputs, including skills, licenses, and schedule rules
  5. Monitor metrics and KPIs, providing reports on scheduling performance and suggesting improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Associate’s degree in a clinical, health science, or information technology related field
  2. 5 to 8 years of experience in a scheduling system
  3. Ability to obtain scheduling software training and certification from vendors used at the employer
  4. Experience in electronic tools for advanced scheduling, such as UKG Dimensions or similar systems
  5. Minimal travel required
