Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced UKG Integration Consultant to serve as the technical SME for Workforce Management integrations across enterprise platforms. The candidate will design, configure, and support integrations in UKG and Legion, interfacing with HR, payroll, and legacy systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience integrating and configuring Workforce Management platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management integrations.
• Experience integrating Legion Workforce Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical SME for UKG and Legion integration solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, and support integrations across workforce management platforms and enterprise applications.
• Lead technical discussions and provide integration guidance throughout implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Build and maintain integrations between UKG, Legion, Infor HR, workforce management systems, and other legacy platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Support end-to-end integration lifecycle activities, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and system performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams consisting of client stakeholders, Cognizant resources, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure adherence to integration best practices, governance standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Provide ongoing consulting and technical recommendations to support workforce management transformation initiatives.
• Support solution optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
• Travel to customer locations as required.

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced UKG Integration Consultant to serve as the technical subject matter expert for Workforce Management integrations across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience designing, configuring, and supporting integrations within workforce management solutions, including UKG and Legion, while connecting to HR, payroll, and other legacy systems.
This role will be responsible for delivering scalable integration solutions, providing technical leadership, and partnering with business stakeholders, client leadership, Cognizant teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of workforce management technologies.

• Proven experience integrating workforce management, HR, payroll, and legacy enterprise systems.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise integration platforms such as Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.
• Experience working in complex, multi-system environments requiring enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration architectures, data flows, APIs, middleware, and system connectivity.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working directly with business users, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Infor HR and Workforce Management systems.
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise workforce management implementations.
• Strong documentation and solution design skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-vendor delivery environments.
