Intone Networks Inc is seeking an experienced UKG Consultant / Workforce Management Solution Architect to lead enterprise workforce transformation initiatives remotely. The role focuses on UKG and Legion platforms, Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting, and guiding large cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle.

The candidate will partner with stakeholders and Cognizant teams to design, deliver, and optimize scalable workforce management capabilities, traveling as needed.

• 15+ years of experience with Workforce Management platforms.
• Extensive hands-on UKG Workforce Management experience.
• Experience with Legion Workforce Management solutions.
• Deep expertise in Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, including configuration and implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the lead Solution Architect for UKG and Legion Workforce Management initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective workforce management solutions.
• Design, configure, and support Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting functionality.
• Lead full project lifecycle activities including discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance to business and technology teams throughout implementation efforts.
• Collaborate across large, cross-functional teams consisting of client resources, Cognizant associates, and partner vendors.
• Ensure successful integration of workforce management capabilities within complex enterprise environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce planning, labor forecasting, and scheduling efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and project success.
• Support ongoing optimization and continuous improvement efforts following implementation.

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced UKG Consultant to serve as a Workforce Management Solution Architect supporting enterprise workforce transformation initiatives. This individual will provide strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in Workforce Management solutions, with a focus on UKG and Legion platforms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and optimizing workforce management systems, particularly Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting solutions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, client leadership, Cognizant teams, and third-party vendors to design, deliver, and support scalable workforce management capabilities across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience working with Workforce Management platforms.
• Extensive hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management.
• Experience working with Legion Workforce Management solutions.
• Deep expertise in Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, including configuration and implementation experience.
• Proven experience serving as a Solution Architect on large-scale Workforce Management projects.
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes and best practices.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation activities.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex, multi-product enterprise environments.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large enterprise Workforce Management implementations.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
• Experience working within multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence business and technology stakeholders at all levels.
