Ledgent Technology seeks an experienced UKG HRIS Manager to own the HRIS strategy and daily administration in a hybrid role based in Irvine, CA. You will drive roadmaps, optimize HR processes, and partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

This senior individual contributor will lead system enhancements, ensure data quality, and develop dashboards and analytics to support workforce insights while maintaining hands-on ownership of UKG

• 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience.

Position: UKG HRIS Manager
Location: Hybrid onsite in Irvine, CA
Terms: Direct-hire
Compensation: 140,000 to 160,000 (W2 only) plus discretionary bonus

Own the strategy, administration, optimization, and evolution of a critical HR technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for a senior HRIS professional who enjoys being hands-on, driving process improvements, building system roadmaps, and partnering with stakeholders to maximize the value of HR technology.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with UKG; this is a required qualification.
• Proven experience owning HR systems strategy, roadmap development, and optimization efforts.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and dashboard development capabilities.
• Experience leading HRIS-related projects, upgrades, implementations, and system enhancements.
• Exposure to SuccessFactors is preferred or another enterprise performance management platform.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable HR technology solutions.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to execute, not just coordinate or delegate.
