  • Oversee system integrations, interfaces, APIs, SFTP connections, automated jobs, and data exchanges to maintain accurate, secure, and reliable information flows.
  • Monitor integration failures and scheduled processes, coordinating timely corrective action when issues affect payroll, onboarding, benefits, compliance, or other critical operations.
  • Maintain integration inventories, data‑flow documentation, testing controls, and production deployment records.
  • Lead the development of HR reports, dashboards, analytics, and workforce insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity through monitoring, reconciliations, audits, and effective process controls.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable system solutions and sustainable process improvements.
  • Lead testing, training, communications, and change management activities associated with HR technology implementations and enhancements.
  • Oversee hiring, performance management, workload planning, resource allocation, succession planning, and employee development within the HRIS team.
