You are :

An experienced UKG Activities Consultant/Solution Architect with a drive to succeed and a desire to learn, aiming to develop and grow our T&O UKG business.

Job Description:

The UKG Activities Consultant/Solution Architect will have the following responsibilities:

1. Provides advanced-level knowledge of UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central system and the modules: Timekeeper and Activities.
2. Leads workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades for time and activities initiatives, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, and support.
3. Facilitates complex working sessions with internal and client teams, defining strategic objectives tailored to client needs.
4. Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans, user training, and implementation documentation.
5. Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools, or services to enhance clients’ operating environments.
6. Manages administrative expenses and timesheets for billing purposes.
7. Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business needs.

Here’s what you need…

• Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeper module.
• Minimum of 2 years configuring UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central Activities module.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If an Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years’ work experience).

Bonus points if…

• UKG Professional Certification.
• Experience creating strategic communication pieces for executive audiences.
• Ability to analyze complex data, summarize findings, and present results compellingly.
