You are :

An experienced UKG Activities Consultant/Solution Architect with a drive to succeed and a desire to learn, who will develop and grow our T&O UKG business.

Job Description:

The UKG Activities Consultant/Solution Architect will have the following responsibilities:

1. Provide advanced-level knowledge of the UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central system, focusing on the Timekeeper and Activities modules.
2. Lead workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades related to time and activities, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, and support.
3. Facilitate complex working sessions for internal and client teams, defining strategic objectives and tailoring these to meet specific client needs.
4. Create detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans, test cases, user training materials, and implementation documentation.
5. Offer thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools, and services to enhance clients’ operational environments based on practical experience and best practices.
6. Manage administrative tasks such as expense tracking and timekeeping for billing purposes.
7. Travel may be required; the extent will vary based on business needs and client requirements.

Here’s what you need…

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeper module.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions or Workforce Central Activities module.
3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If an Associate’s Degree, then at least 6 years of relevant work experience.

Bonus points if…

1. UKG Professional Certification.
2. Experience creating strategic communication pieces for executive audiences.
3. Ability to analyze complex data, summarize findings, and present compelling results.

• California: $73,800 to $218,800
• Colorado: $73,800 to $189,000
• District of Columbia: $78,500 to $201,300
• Illinois: $68,300 to $189,000
• Minnesota: $73,800 to $189,000
• Maryland: $68,300 to $175,000
• New York: $68,300 to $218,800
• Washington: $78,500 to $201,300
