Job summary

Motive is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the UK Market to define and execute the product strategy for the UK, with potential expansion to continental Europe. You will own the commercial roadmap and work with engineering and product peers to deliver prioritized UK requirements, regional adaptations, and integration needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management at a B2B company or on operational products.
• Strong product sense and execution with business outcomes in mind.
• Deep analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights for executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in a startup or new team environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the UK product strategy and prioritise segments, products and use cases.
• Align the company on the commercial roadmap with leadership for investment asks.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope and deliver UK requirements, including regional adaptations.
• Develop deep understanding of UK customers via visits and field research and translate learnings into requirements.
• Influence across product teams to deliver on UK priorities.
• Establish success metrics for the region and report progress to senior leadership.
• Contribute to international strategy through market research and risk assessments.
