Job summary

Amo in Paris is seeking a Content Specialist to own the UK market, leading all content and creator initiatives from brief to brief. You will craft high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads, while building a distinguished British creator network.

You’ll collaborate daily with growth, distribution, and product teams in Paris, test ideas fast, and guide external creators to shine. A passion for UK online culture is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years creating short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator background welcomed).
• Experience making content for ads (UGC-focused is a plus).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback to improve output.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the British creator landscape.
• Fluent English; experience living in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Grow Amo in the UK market and own that scope end-to-end.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the UK market.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads that engage audiences.
• Build and manage a pipeline of British creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top British creators and micro-influencers.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to turn great content into strong performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, provide notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product teams.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas quickly, and shape Bump’s creative direction.
• Support launches, events, and UK-focused activations.
