Bump’s Paris-based team seeks a Content Specialist who thinks in TikToks, obsessed with growth, and ready to own the Japanese market to drive global expansion. You’ll lead all content and creator efforts for Japan, craft high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads, and build a pipeline of Japanese creators.

Collaborate daily in Paris with growth, distribution, and product to shape the creative direction.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years creating short-form content across brand, agency, or creator roles.
• Experience making content for ads (UGC preferred).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Japanese creator landscape.
• Japanese and English language proficiency.
• Experience living in Japan.
• Willingness to work in person in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Grow Bump in Japan and own the Japanese market.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for the Japanese market.
• Make high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Japanese creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top Japanese creators and micro-influencers.
• Work closely with paid marketing to turn content into performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and shape creative direction.
• Support launches, events, and Japan-focused activations.
