Job summary

Amo in Paris seeks a Content Specialist who is obsessed with growth and trends to own the Brazil market. You will lead content and creator efforts, produce compelling TikTok and Reels content, and build a strong Brazilian creator pipeline.

You’ll collaborate with paid marketing and the Paris team to drive performance, test fast, and shape our creative direction across Brazil-focused activations.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years creating short-form content across brand, agency, or creator contexts.
• Experience making content for ads (UGC preferred).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and Brazilian creator landscape.
• Portuguese and English proficiency.
• Experience living in Brazil.
• Must be willing to work in person in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Grow Bump in Brazil and own this market.
• Lead all content and creator efforts for Brazil.
• Produce high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Brazilian creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with Brazilian creators and micro-influencers.
• Collaborate with paid marketing to turn content into performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas quickly, shape creative direction.
• Support launches, events, and Brazil-focused activations.
