Bump is seeking a Content Specialist to own the Australian market from our Paris hub, crafting high-impact TikTok, Reels and UGC campaigns. You’ll lead creator partnerships, test bold ideas, and drive growth by syncing with paid marketing and product teams in Paris.

You’ll join a fast-moving, high-energy team that values experimentation, rapid feedback, and large-scale content that resonates with Australian audiences.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator)
• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially)
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Australian creator landscape
• English language proficiency
• Experience living in Australia
• Must be willing to work in person in Paris

Responsibilities

• Grow Bump in Australia (own this responsibility)
• Lead all content + creator efforts for the Australian market
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads
• Build and manage a pipeline of Australian creators
• Run influencer campaigns with top Australian creators and micro-influencers
• Collaborate with paid marketing to turn content into performance
• Identify trends before they hit the For You Page
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and shape creative direction
• Support launches, events, and Australia-focused activations
