Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Experience resolving UK complaints and DSARs.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance for teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Awareness of FCA rules and vulnerable-customers guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage UK complaints intake through resolution.
• Respond to GDPR DSARs, DPA and RAD1 requests.
• Monitor sanctions screening alerts for payments and escalate as needed.
• Prepare materials for audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with claims, technology and quality teams to automate tracking.
