You will embed regulatory and data protection expertise into product design, sales and operations, working with our second line to reduce risk. The role also includes training as our DPO and shaping governance across live products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regulatory and data protection advisory across the business, prioritising key launches.
• Work with first and second line teams to embed governance and monitoring practices.
• Collaborate with Protect to integrate compliance into product design and operations.
• Act as DPO for data protection tasks and liaise with leadership on risk reporting.
• Translate complex regulations into practical requirements for teams.
