Job summary

Inadev Corporation in Reston, VA, seeks a UI/UX Developer to design and implement accessible front-end experiences for our platform, collaborating with designers and developers to meet federal usability standards. You will translate research and designs into production UI components, ensure Section 508/WCAG compliance, and help build a reusable design system while leveraging AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

The UI/UX Developer designs and implements the user interfaces for the platform. You will translate research and designs into accessible, high-quality front-end experiences, partnering with designers and developers to meet federal usability and Section 508 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement responsive, accessible front-end interfaces for the platform
• Translate wireframes and designs into production UI components
• Ensure Section 508 / WCAG accessibility compliance
• Build and maintain a reusable component/design system
• Collaborate with HCD, product, and back-end developers
• Conduct and support usability testing and iteration
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling for UI development

Requirements

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (2 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
• Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.

Required Qualifications:
