Job summary

Inadev Corporation is seeking a UI/UX Developer to design and implement user interfaces for the platform, translating research and designs into accessible, high-quality front-end experiences while meeting federal usability standards.

You will collaborate with designers and developers to create responsive interfaces, ensure accessibility compliance, and build a reusable component system for scalable UI development, including AI-assisted tooling support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of front-end/UI development experience.
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React or equivalent) and CSS.

Position Summary

The UI/UX Developer designs and implements the user interfaces for the platform. You will translate research and designs into accessible, high-quality front-end experiences, partnering with designers and developers to meet federal usability and Section 508 standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement responsive, accessible front-end interfaces for the platform
• Translate wireframes and designs into production UI components
• Ensure Section 508 / WCAG accessibility compliance
• Build and maintain a reusable component/design system
• Collaborate with HCD, product, and back-end developers
• Conduct and support usability testing and iteration
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling for UI development

Non-Technical Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (2 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
