Job summary

INVOKE is seeking a UiPath Developer to join our automation team and deliver RPA solutions for public sector clients. You will design, build, and deploy automation workflows across web, desktop, and legacy systems, collaborating with clients and internal teams to capture requirements and ensure reliable bots.

U.S. citizenship is required for public sector engagements, and travel to client sites up to 25% should be expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing automation workflows using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots).
• Understanding of RPA concepts, including process automation, exception handling, and logging.
• Experience with a variety of systems (web apps, desktop environments, legacy platforms).
• Experience with programming or scripting (e.g., Python, C#, or similar).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing environments.
• US Citizenship required for public sector clients.
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath across client use cases.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Participate in client workshops, design discussions, and testing activities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including workflow design within UiPath.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure robot reliability.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and best practices.
• Assist in estimating effort, evaluating changes, and supporting delivery planning.
