Job summary

Dow is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Automation & UiPath in Midland, MI (or Houston, TX). The role supports development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and SAP Build Process Automation.

You will collaborate with developers, leads, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure automation across SDLC stages. Responsibilities include building, testing, and deploying automation, integrating with SAP and other systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian PO2, or 3+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
• Assist with integrations between automation solutions and SAP, non-SAP applications, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Follow established automation development standards, reusable components, coding practices, and governance requirements.
• Support the UiPath platform (Orchestrator, Robots, Studio) and related environments.
• Monitor bot performance, automation execution, and platform health; troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in SDLC activities and production deployments across environments.
• Use Git and Azure DevOps in development and deployment processes.
• Contribute to code reviews, solution reviews, and testing for quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operation procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, infra, cybersecurity, and solution architects.
• Develop and execute unit and functional testing; learn emerging tech (Power Platform, SAP Build, AI).
• Engage in Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
