Dow is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Automation & UiPath in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. You will develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies, collaborating with developers, leads, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable automation across SDLC.

You will work with SAP, non-SAP systems, APIs, cloud services, and DevOps practices, contributing to governance and platform health while exploring AI-driven automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience as stated (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent) or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Responsabilités

• Develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
• Assist integrations between automation solutions and SAP, non-SAP applications, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into automation solutions.
• Follow established automation development standards, governance, and reusable components.
• Support the UiPath platform (Orchestrator, Robots, Studio, queues, assets, schedules).
• Monitor bot performance and automation execution; troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in SDLC activities including deployment across Development, Test, UAT, Production.
• Use Git and Azure DevOps in development and deployment processes.
• Develop technical documentation and operate support procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and solution architects.
• Develop unit and functional tests for automation quality and performance.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform, SAP Build Process Automation, Document Understanding, AI/LLMs as applicable.
• Participate in Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.
