Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Automation & UiPath in Midland, MI or Houston, TX.

The role focuses on developing, testing and deploying automation with UiPath, Power Automate and SAP Build Process Automation, collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver reliable RPA solutions. You will work across SDLC, support the UiPath platform, monitor bot performance, and follow governance standards while leveraging Git and Azure DevOps for deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
Integrate automation with SAP and non-SAP apps, databases, APIs and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into automation.
Follow automation standards, reusable components, coding practices and governance.
Support UiPath platform including Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio environments.
Monitor bot performance and platform health; troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
Participate in SDLC activities across Development, Test, UAT and Production.
Use Git and Azure DevOps as part of development and deployment.
Create technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.
Learn and apply emerging technologies such as Power Platform, AI and Document Understanding where appropriate.
