Job summary

Dow is seeking an Information Technology Analyst – Automation & UiPath to join our team in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. You will develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath, REFramework, and related tools, collaborating with developers, leads, and business stakeholders across the SDLC.

The role covers integration with SAP and other enterprise systems, cloud and DevOps practices, and continuous improvement of automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• U.S. based position requires ability to work legally in the United States with no visa sponsorship.
• Experience with UiPath and automation platforms is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems is preferred.
• Ability to translate requirements into automation solutions and participate in SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using UiPath Studio and REFramework.
• Assist with integrations between automation solutions and SAP, non-SAP applications, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Follow established automation development standards, reusable components, coding practices, and governance requirements.
• Support the UiPath platform (Orchestrator, Robots, Studio) and platform health.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and documentation for automation projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
