Everforth Apex is seeking a UI/UX Designer III to elevate the design quality of AI-powered tools. You will conduct design research, create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and own the design system across the product portfolio.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing, build a component library, and develop branding and launch materials for internal tool rollouts, with a focus on scalable design standards and a strong user experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of UI/UX design experience with preference for internal tools or B2B products.
• Portfolio demonstrating range across user research, interaction design, and graphic/visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma for specifications, prototyping, and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design research and user insights by running structured product design feedback sessions and translating findings into prioritized improvements.
• Perform usability testing on existing and developing tools, synthesizing findings into actionable product recommendations.
