Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Human Factors Researcher for a contract position in Burlingame, CA onsite. You will plan and execute user experience research studies for health products and present findings to cross-functional teams to guide product design.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree or higher in HCI, human behavior, or UX research, with strong experience in both quantitative and qualitative methods, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to engineers and stakeholders.

This role is integral to ensuring that product development is guided by user-centered research and insights. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and evaluation of products by applying human factors principles. As a Human Factors UX researcher on the team, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing user experience research studies for health products. You’ll work closely with research staff to inform study design and conduct data collection with human participants.
