Job summary

Hudu Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented QA professional to ensure our Ruby on Rails SaaS platform delivers a seamless UI/UX across desktop and mobile.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excels at exploratory testing, both manually and with automated checks. Requirements include 2+ years in SaaS QA, strong English communication, knowledge of UI/UX testing, Rails/AWS/Kubernetes basics, and experience with Git/Mercurial and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent education/experience in CS.
• Minimum of 2 years’ SaaS QA experience.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Knowledge of UI/UX testing principles.
• Understanding of Rails, AWS, Kubernetes basics.
• Excellent bug reporting and communication.
• Experience with Git or Mercurial, GitHub Actions/Gitlab Pipelines, CI/CD tools.
• Excellent time management; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and developers to provide early usability feedback.
• Perform manual and automated UI/UX testing of Rails apps across desktop and mobile.
• Execute exploratory, regression, and cross-browser testing.
• Document findings with steps, screenshots, logs, and recordings for developers.
• Run performance-focused UX tests; verify data loading and error handling.
• Improve test coverage, tools, and processes for rapid Rails feature delivery.
