Job summary

Hudu, a fast-growing SaaS platform for IT professionals and MSPs, is seeking a QA specialist to ensure our Ruby on Rails UI delivers a seamless user experience. You will perform manual and automated testing across desktop and mobile, debug issues, and collaborate with designers and developers to improve usability and performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SaaS QA, strong English communication, and knowledge of UI/UX testing principles.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent education/experience in computer science

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and developers to provide early usability feedback
• Conduct manual and automated UI/UX testing across desktop and mobile
• Perform exploratory, regression, and cross-browser testing
• Document findings with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and logs
• Execute performance-focused UX testing for smooth data loading and error handling
• Continuously improve test coverage, tools, and processes to support rapid Rails feature delivery
