About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on UI/UX Product Designer with strong Figma expertise to help evolve our existing AI‑powered platform.
Our product is already built, and we’re actively introducing new features and improving existing workflows. We’re looking for someone who can quickly understand the product, work within established user journeys, and create consistent, scalable design solutions.
The immediate focus will be on building and maintaining our Figma design system and component library, alongside designing new product features.
Key Responsibilities
- Design System & Component Library: Build, organize, and maintain reusable Figma components, variants, styles, variables, and design guidelines.
- Product Feature Design: Design new features within existing product workflows, ensuring they integrate naturally with the current user experience.
- Figma Prototyping: Create high‑fidelity, interactive prototypes that clearly demonstrate user interactions, navigation, and feature behavior.
- UI Design & Assets: Create polished, consistent UI screens, icons, visual assets, and reusable design elements.
- UX & User Flows: Understand existing information architecture and user journeys, identify gaps, and propose improvements without disrupting established workflows.
- Developer Handoff: Prepare well‑structured Figma files with clear component states, interaction specifications, and developer‑ready assets.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to clarify requirements, communicate design decisions, and provide regular progress updates.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably on web‑based SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Advanced Figma proficiency is essential, including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, libraries, and interactive prototyping.
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, user flows, and information architecture.
- Ability to understand an existing product and introduce new features into established workflows.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, grids, iconography, and consistency.
- Experience collaborating with developers and preparing designs for implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and proactively flag blockers.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real product work, complex workflows, reusable components, and interactive prototypes.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing AI‑powered products, dashboards, or complex B2B SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with Figma Make or AI‑assisted design and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive web design.
Immediate Priorities
- Audit and organize existing Figma files, components, and styles.
- Establish a consistent, reusable design library for the current product.
- Review existing user flows and understand how the product works.
- Design and prototype new features within existing workflows.
- Prepare implementation‑ready designs and assets for the development team.
