FPBP in Chicago is seeking a senior graphic designer to conceptualize and execute visual branding across digital, email, web, and video platforms, with a strong emphasis on mobile-first design and accessibility.

You will design emails, social assets, web pages, and event collateral while ensuring performance and brand consistency. Collaboration with internal teams to develop campaigns that support institutional priorities is essential, and a strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience focused on digital, email marketing, and web design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Figma.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Iterable.
• Ability to design mobile-first, responsive emails for multiple devices.
• Strong portfolio including web, email, and digital design projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; able to incorporate feedback.
• Attention to detail with ability to balance big-picture and fine points.
