Job summary

Insight Global in Chicago seeks a Graphic Designer to roll out a new customer data platform and craft multi-channel digital banking journeys. You will create net-new visuals for email and digital channels, partner with copywriters, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with experience designing for enterprise-level programs and direct mail design.

Qualifications

Professional graphic design experience, ideally supporting digital marketing or customer communications.
Experience designing for email and digital marketing channels.
Ability to create net-new designs from scratch as well as enhance existing creative.
Strong understanding of brand guidelines and brand consistency.
Experience working in a large enterprise environment.
Ability to collaborate closely with copywriters and cross-functional teams.
Direct mail graphic design.

Responsibilities

Support rollout of a new customer data platform and digital banking journeys.
Create visual assets for email, text/SMS, and other digital marketing channels.
Turn customer journeys into polished, on-brand campaign experiences.
Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to develop, iterate, and finalize campaign creative.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand standards across channels.
Collaborate with copywriters and cross-functional teams.
Work within a large enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.
Support development of initial use cases for Data 360-enabled journeys across channels.
