Job summary

North Point Technology seeks a UI/UX Engineer to design, implement, and refine modern interfaces for a national security program. You will translate complex mission requirements into responsive, accessible UI solutions and build reusable components with a focus on performance and maintainability.

You will work closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders in an agile environment, using React, Python, and modern tooling to deliver high-quality interfaces for mission users.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to pass a Polygraph examination.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience translating complex requirements into UI/UX solutions for mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering of modern, responsive UIs for mission-critical applications.
• Develop reusable UI components, patterns, and design standards for maintainability.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and validate UI functionality and user workflows.
