Job summary

Rincon Research Corporation (RRC) is seeking a UI/UX Engineer to design visually engaging interfaces and work with engineers to translate concepts into functional UI/UX solutions. The role focuses on delivering user-centered designs and integrating them into DSP-based products for national security missions.

The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, demonstrate C++ expertise, and have prior UI/UX experience within DoD development efforts. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Proficiency in coding languages for creating user interfaces.
• Demonstrated proficiency in C++.
• Past successful experience in a UI/UX or related role.
• In-depth knowledge of user interface models, application design, and website functionality.
• Ability to assimilate into important development efforts and collaborate to meet design goals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and functional interfaces that excite users.
• Interface with developers and engineers to turn concepts and required functionality into UI/UX design.
• Implement designs into interfaces through coding and programming to deliver products that meet requirements with functional design.
• Advise teammates regarding development timelines and solutions to any derived limitations.
