Job summary

Rincon Research Corporation (RRC) in Colorado Springs seeks an Advanced Systems Engineer to lead requirements development and system architecture for DSP products in support of national security. You will craft traceable technical documentation, manage risk, and coordinate with engineers and customers in a multi-disciplinary R&D environment.

Applicants should hold a degree in a technical field and be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Data Science, Computer/Systems/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Expert knowledge across the full system lifecycle including requirements, design, integration, test and sustainment.
• Ability to write test plans, procedures, and training material.
• Comfort with agile development in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with systems engineering on R&D programs is desirable.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills; RVTM collaboration with customers.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance; US citizenship is required.
