Rincon Research Corporation (RRC) seeks an Advanced Systems Engineer in Tucson, AZ to lead requirements development, system architecture, and lifecycle activities. You will coordinate with electrical engineers, mathematicians, and software teams to deliver DSP-driven geolocation solutions for national security programs.

The role requires MBSE experience, RF/digital hardware or FPGA know-how, and the ability to work in an Agile, fast-moving R&D environment while maintaining TS/SCI eligibility and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with RF/high-speed digital electronics hardware or firmware/FPGA design.
• Knowledge of GPS or GNSS systems.
• Expert system engineering across full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture/design, integration, testing, transition to operations, sustainment.
• Experience with MBSE and tools (Cameo, DOORS).
• Ability to write test plans and procedures.
• Comfort with agile development in dynamic environment.
• Previous experience as a Systems Engineer on a large R&D program.
• Ability to analyze systems to identify software/hardware/interface issues across lifecycle and support resolution.
• Ability to develop RVTM and traceability matrices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• US citizenship required.
