About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Zebra UI/UX Developer to join a growing client team on a 12+ month remote contract. This role focuses on redesigning patient-facing pharmacy artifacts, such as vials, pamphlets, and reports distributed to millions of consumers across North America. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in Zebra Technologies and coding with strong UI/UX design skills using Adobe Suite and Figma, alongside experience with reporting tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update dozens of pharmacy-related artifacts using Zebra Programming Language (ZPL) for production printing
• Apply UI/UX design principles to modernize pharmacy materials and improve patient experience
• Design and develop engaging, gamified pharmacy KPI and reporting dashboards for executives, pharmacy technicians, and fulfillment staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage design, approval, and production release processes
• Incorporate constructive feedback to enhance design quality and functionality
• Maintain alignment with pharmacy standards and user needs throughout the development cycle

Qualifications

• Proven experience coding with Zebra technologies and Zebra Programming Language (ZPL) in pharmacy environments
• Strong UI/UX design skills with proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma
• Experience designing and delivering reports using Power BI or similar tools
• Familiarity with pharmacy workflows and artifacts is required
• Ability to work remotely within Central Time zone hours
• Collaborative mindset and openness to learning new processes
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
