About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX e-commerce developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building, customizing, and maintaining e-commerce websites, with an emphasis on user experience, functionality, and performance. This role requires a proactive developer with a solid understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and best practices, along with experience in Angular 17, WooCommerce, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, API Development, MySQL and Postgres

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom WordPress, e-commerce websites from concept to completion.
Customize themes, templates, and plugins to match client specifications and enhance functionality.
Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
Create and integrate APIs as needed to extend website functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress websites.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Ensure responsive design for optimal user experience across devices.
Stay up-to-date on WordPress developments, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a portfolio of completed WordPress websites.
Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and customizations.
Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
Familiarity with WooCommerce or other e-commerce plugins is a plus.
Ability to create responsive, mobile-friendly websites.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React or Vue.js).
Familiarity with REST APIs and AJAX.
Experience with popular WordPress tools and plugins such as Advanced Custom Fields, Yoast SEO, and WooCommerce.
Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
Knowledge of security best practices and how to secure a WordPress site.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and an eye for design.
