Overview

We are modernizing our flagship cloud‑hosted application BADGE from the current desktop version to a web‑based version.

We need someone who can understand the current desktop code and migrate to a new web‑based application, working closely with lead developers and other contractors.

Responsibilities

• Understand the code in the current desktop application.
• Migrate the desktop application to a web‑based application.
• Work closely with lead developers and other contractors.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of systems development and design using Visual Studio .Net.
• Advanced knowledge in developing ASP.Net, Web Services and web applications in .Net.
• Advanced knowledge of .Net technologies (Visual Basic, C#, .Net Framework).
• Experience with WinForms / WPF Forms.
• Experience with TFS / GIT source control.
• Experience with RDBMS and writing complex SQL queries; experience with Oracle and PL/SQL preferred.
• Experience with HTML, XML, CSS, jQuery, jQuery Unobtrusive Validation, Angular/React (up to 2 years).
