Job summary

Mbi Llc is hiring for a role focused on modernizing their cloud-hosted application BADGE from a desktop version to a web-based version. You'll be responsible for understanding the current application code and migrating it while collaborating with lead developers. Ideal candidates will possess extensive .NET technology knowledge, including ASP.NET, C#, and experience with SQL databases. A minimum of 6 years in relevant technologies is preferred. This is a full-time position based in United States, York County, Hanover.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of systems development and design using Visual Studio .Net.
• Expert knowledge in developing ASP.NET, Web Services and Web applications in .NET.
• Experience working with complex SQL queries; experience with Oracle and PL/SQL preferred.

• Understand current desktop application code to migrate it to the new Web based application.
• Work closely with lead developers to take ownership of a given module and provide guidance to other contractors.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of systems development and design using Visual Studio .Net
• Expert knowledge in developing ASP.NET, Web Services and Web applications in .NET
• Expert knowledge of .NET technologies (Visual Basic, C#, .NET Framework)
• Experience working with WinForms / WPF Forms
• Experience working with TFS / GIT Source Control
• Experience working with RDBMS and writing complex SQL queries; experience with Oracle and PL/SQL preferred
• Advanced knowledge in developing ASP.NET, MVC, Web Services and Web applications in .NET – minimum 6 years
• Oracle / SQL / PL/SQL – minimum 6 years
• HTML / CSS / XML – minimum 6 years
• jQuery Unobtrusive Validation – minimum 6 years
