Job summary

Meyer Distributing is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to shape the future of our in‑house built e‑commerce platform. You will craft fast, intuitive experiences across desktop and mobile, partnering with software, merchandising, marketing, and leadership.

You will translate goals and feedback into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs, while contributing to a scalable design system and collaborating with developers for production-ready interfaces.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX decisions, clean visual design, and shipped work.
• Experience designing responsive websites, web apps, or digital products with a focus on conversion.
• Proficiency in Figma including components, libraries, and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design polished, intuitive experiences across desktop and mobile.
• Own UX/UI improvements across the customer journey, including homepage, category and product pages, cart, checkout, and post-purchase experiences.
• Translate business goals and user feedback into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system in Figma with components and responsive patterns.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible, high-quality implementations.
