Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Axure).
• Strong understanding of human-centered design and design thinking.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals for communicating design needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors via interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Create personas, user flows, and wireframes to inform design decisions.
• Develop a comprehensive UI/UX strategy for Sponsor''s digital assets.
• Design UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, and CTAs.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and run tests to validate UX.
• Collaborate with development teams and Sponsor representatives to meet design requirements.
• Provide guidance on UX methodologies and testing activities.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
