Job summary

SOSI is seeking a UI/UX Designer to provide user interface and experience design for Sponsor's applications. The designer will conduct user research, create personas, flows, and wireframes, and develop a comprehensive UI/UX strategy across digital assets.

The role requires working with development teams and stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met, leveraging human-centered design principles and current industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Requires Active TS/SCI w/ Poly.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools to create high-quality design solutions.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to develop concepts.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create user personas, user flows, and wireframes to inform design decisions.
• Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for Sponsor's digital assets.
• Design UI elements to enhance user experience and accessibility.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and testing designs to validate user experience.
