Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead the design of the next-generation Revenue Cycle Management platform experience. You will unify dashboards, workflows, AI assistants, analytics, and agent-driven capabilities into a single platform while collaborating with product, AI, and data teams.

You will design human-centered experiences, create scalable design systems, and ensure accessibility and governance across enterprise applications.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in UI/UX design for enterprise platforms.
Experience designing dashboards, analytics, and workflow-driven apps.
Knowledge of AI-enabled UX and role-based experiences.

Responsibilities

Define platform-wide UX strategy and design standards.
Design RCM management console and unified operating experience.
Create experience profiles for different user personas.
Design dashboards, KPI views, work queues, alerts, and workflows.
Develop AI-assisted user journeys including copilots and chat interfaces.
Create workflow visualizations for claims, denials, AR, coding, billing, and client ops.
Design human-in-the-loop review experiences for AI actions.
Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
Collaborate with engineering for fidelity and usability testing.
