Job summary

StradIT seeks a seasoned User Experience Designer to lead end-to-end UX for enterprise web and mobile apps. You will conduct user research, craft personas and journey maps, and align experiences with business goals.

You will design wireframes, prototypes, and robust UI components, ensuring accessibility and consistency across platforms. Collaborating with product managers, analysts, and engineers in an Agile setting, you’ll translate requirements into concrete design specs and review

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise web or mobile apps.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities
