Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior UI/UX designer to drive end-to-end user experiences for enterprise web and mobile applications. You will lead user research, craft personas and journey maps, and translate business needs into actionable design specs.

You will create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, ensuring accessibility and responsive patterns across platforms in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HCI, Design, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise web or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design work.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments
• Analyze user journeys, workflows, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities

• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes

• Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support product discovery activities
• Translate business requirements into design specifications for development teams
• Review implementations to ensure adherence to approved designs
