Cognizant is hiring a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, accessible experiences for enterprise financial applications. Lead design across journeys, wireframes, and dashboards, collaborating with Product Owners, Analysts, and engineers to simplify complex workflows.

You will conduct usability testing, user research, and stakeholder workshops, and contribute to design systems and accessibility compliance across interfaces.

Formación

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience within enterprise SaaS, financial services, banking technology, capital markets, government systems, or other complex business environments.
• Strong expertise in Figma, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience conducting usability testing, user research, and stakeholder workshops.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience designing data-rich applications, dashboards, and workflow-driven platforms.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and efficient user experiences for complex financial applications supporting transfer agency operations, securities servicing, fixed income processing, reporting, and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will transform complex business and regulatory requirements into user-centered designs, wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design solutions while ensuring compliance with accessibility and enterprise standards.

In this role, you will:

• Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, and interaction models for enterprise financial applications.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 68422 to $ 114000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
