Cognizant is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive experiences for enterprise financial applications. You will transform complex requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design solutions while ensuring accessibility and enterprise standards.

The role involves designing dashboards, information architecture, and user journeys for transfer agency and fixed income workflows, with a flexible remote work model for qualified applicants in the United States.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in enterprise SaaS or financial services.
• Strong expertise in Figma, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and design systems.
• Hands-on usability testing, user research, and stakeholder workshops.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing data-rich applications, dashboards, and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, dashboards, and interaction models.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Operations, clients, and engineering.
• Conduct research, workshops, usability testing to identify user needs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI standards, and reusable patterns.
• Apply accessibility best practices across all interfaces.
