Job summary

SOSi is seeking a UI/UX Designer to deliver user-centered interfaces for sponsor applications, leveraging research, personas, flows, and wireframes. The role emphasizes collaboration with sponsors and development teams to ensure intuitive experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong UI/UX tooling skills, experience with design systems, and knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals to effectively communicate design requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with user research methods to inform design decisions and validate user experience.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality design solutions.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Axure) to develop and test design concepts.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals to communicate design requirements to developers.
• Experience with design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.

• Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for Sponsor's digital assets.
• Design UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, and CTAs to enhance user experience.

• Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and Sponsor's representatives to ensure design requirements are met.
• Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities.

SOSi is seeking a UI/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will provide user interface/user experience to design, research, and development plans in support of the Sponsor's applications. The Designer will leverage expertise in UI/UX design principles, human-centered design, and user research to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.

• Conductuser research to understand user needs and behaviors, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Createuser personas, user flows, and wireframes to inform design decisions.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for Sponsor's digital assets.
• DesignUI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, and CTAs, to enhance user experience.
• Createhigh-fidelity prototypes and testing designs to validate user experience.
• Collaboratewith development teams, stakeholders, and Sponsor's representatives to ensure design requirements are being met.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience with the following tools, systems, services, and data types:
  • User research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions and validate user experience.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools, such as Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite, to create high-quality design solutions.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Figma and Axure, to develop and test design concepts.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals to effectively communicate design requirements to development teams.
  • Experience with design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and coherence across Sponsor’s digital assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile and web application design, including responsive design principles and mobile-specific design considerations.
• Familiarity with Sponsor’s existing design systems and brand guidelines to ensure alignment with Sponsor’s overall visual identity.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX design, such as AR/VR and voice UI, to stay ahead of the curve and identity new opportunities.
• Experience with usability testing and user feedback analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions.
