Qualifications

• Current student in product design, UX design, human-computer interaction, visual communication, or related field.
• Familiarity with Figma or a comparable tool for wireframes, mockups, and prototyping.
• Understanding of user-centered design practices, including research, workflow mapping, prototyping, and iterative refinement.
• Ability to create designs that are intuitive, functional, accessible, and polished for the work users need to do.
• Interest in designing for complex, data-rich workflows; dashboards or enterprise apps is a plus.
• Exposure to tools such as Material UI, Vue, React, or AI-assisted development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for internal web applications.
• Turn complex workflows and dense information into clear, effective user experiences.
• Participate in user research, incorporate feedback, and iterate on designs with business partners and engineers.
• Evolve reusable Figma components and evaluate design systems and AI-assisted tools to improve the path from design to software.
