Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of administrative or data-entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-entry.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Accurately retrieve, enter, index, and maintain quarterly contribution reports (QCRs) within deadlines.
• Retrieve quarterly reports and unemployment insurance tax docs from third-party platforms.
• Generate and follow up on requests to clients for missing reports and documents.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining client records in internal systems.
• Enter annual tax rate notices (TRNs) from state agencies and web sources with deadlines.
• Collaborate with UI Tax Analysts to process and route state correspondence.
• Maintain electronic records to support compliance, reporting, and audits.
• Monitor time-sensitive unemployment tax documents from state sites.
• Sort and distribute mail including tax notices and related correspondence.
• Identify non-UI mail and redirect appropriately.
• Follow procedures for confidential communications.
