Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree and experience equal to three years in employment interviewing, counseling, management, program planning, or labor market analysis.
• Seven years of full-time work experience in employment interviewing, counseling, management, program planning, or labor market analysis.
• Current, continuous experience in Iowa Workforce Development that includes two years in relevant work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, and organize quality review activities for the UI Tax Bureau.
• Analyze staff workflow issues and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Draft procedures and changes to support efficient UI Tax operations.
