Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Product Manager in Orlando to own delivery execution for Marketing Data initiatives, including Customer Preferences, Identity Resolution, and Marketing's Web Properties. You will translate strategy into prioritized backlogs and deliver increments in a fast-paced Revenue Marketing team.

You'll partner with Marketing, Engineering, Architecture and Product leaders to define requirements, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive successful release execution on

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Product Management experience, preferably with data platforms or MarTech.
• Experience with customer data platforms and marketing tech initiatives.
• Strong backlog management and agile delivery discipline.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved roadmap initiatives into detailed requirements and delivery plans.
• Own and prioritize team backlogs with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architecture, UX, and engineering to define releases.

Product Manager, Revenue Marketing Delivery | Hilton Grand Vacations

Compensation: $50 - $75 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE

Brooksource is hiring on behalf of Hilton Grand Vacations, a leading vacation ownership company, for a Product Manager to own delivery execution for Marketing Data initiatives including Customer Preferences, Identity Resolution, and Marketing's Web Properties.

This is a full-time opportunity to join a fast-paced Revenue Marketing organization where you'll translate approved strategy into prioritized backlogs and shipped increments. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, and Product leaders to define requirements, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive successful release execution on high-visibility MarTech initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Translate approved roadmap initiatives into detailed requirements and executable delivery plans
• Own and prioritize team backlogs; maintain sprint-ready work and define acceptance criteria
• Partner with architecture, UX, and engineering teams to define releases and oversee end-to-end product delivery
• Identify, track, and resolve cross-team dependencies across Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, and Analytics
• Facilitate requirement workshops, document decisions, and manage scope changes
• Coordinate release readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, and production validation
• Provide delivery status, risks, and readiness updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4-7 years of Product Management experience, preferably with data platforms or MarTech
• Strong MarTech experience; familiarity with Twilio Segment and Databricks a plus
• Experience designing or building a customer data platform
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Strong agile/delivery discipline with backlog management and prioritization
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable, incremental delivery
• Experience with Aha!, Jira, or Azure DevOps (nice to have)
• CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic Institute, or similar PM certification (nice to have)
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in an enterprise-scale environment (nice to have)
• Strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes (nice to have)
