Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a UI Designer to join our core Design Team. You will develop future interfaces and immersive experiences for the EagleEye program, focusing on strong visual communication and understanding user journeys.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on UI/UX experience, AR/VR/XR interface work, and a portfolio demonstrating software or game interfaces. Must work on-site at HQ in California and be a U.S. Person due to access requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in UI/UX design, HCI.
• A portfolio demonstrating interface designs for software platforms, games, or relevant.
• Strong visual designer and communicator.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, and execute user experiences across mixed reality and web.
• Visual development using sketches and digital comps.
• Deliver high and low fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with product teams and multidisciplinary design team.
• Conduct user testing with military and active-duty warfighters to validate designs.
• Design user flows and wireframes.
• Contribute to the development of Anduril’s mixed reality interface design identity.
